Data Processing Agreement

Outline of data processing terms for business customers (Germany/EU).

Roles

Customer acts as controller for client and operational data entered into the workspace. Auroranexis acts as processor when handling that data on the customer's instructions.

Processing purpose

Processing is limited to providing the Auroranexis platform, support, billing, security monitoring, and optional AI features enabled by the customer.

Sub-processors and transfers

Sub-processors are listed in our Sub-processors page. Transfers outside the EEA, if any, use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Execution

Enterprise and pilot customers may request a countersigned DPA via sales@auroranexis.com. This page is an outline only and does not replace a signed agreement.
