Third-party processors engaged by Auroranexis AI Solutions to deliver the Auroranexis platform.
Auroranexis AI Solutions uses sub-processors to provide hosting, authentication, billing, email delivery, and optional AI features. This list is provided for transparency under GDPR Article 28.
Supabase — database, authentication, and storage (EU-capable regions). Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery. FastSpring — current Merchant of Record for payment processing and subscription billing. Resend — transactional email delivery. OpenAI (optional) — AI-assisted features when explicitly enabled by the customer and configured in the workspace.
Paddle — Merchant of Record for payment processing and subscription billing for transactions purchased before our transition to FastSpring. Paddle is retained on this list for transparency about historical processing only and is not used for new or active billing.
Where sub-processors process data outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures where required.
Material changes to sub-processors are communicated to workspace administrators with reasonable notice. Enterprise customers may request notification procedures or DPA addenda via legal@auroranexis.com.
