Refund and cancellation rules for Auroranexis subscriptions, including purchases processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record.
Auroranexis is primarily offered to businesses, professional users, AI agencies, managed service providers, IT service providers, and enterprise organizations. Payments for subscriptions purchased through Paddle Checkout are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller for the transaction. Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy apply to payments, refunds, and mandatory buyer rights handled by Paddle. Paddle Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms Paddle Refund Policy: https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy
Unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, business customers do not have a statutory consumer right of withdrawal. Subscription fees already paid are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Auroranexis is designed primarily for business use. Where a buyer qualifies as a consumer and mandatory consumer-protection law applies, the buyer retains all statutory withdrawal and refund rights. Consumer refund or withdrawal requests for purchases processed by Paddle are handled in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable law.
Customers may cancel an automatically renewing subscription through the available billing portal or by contacting support. Unless mandatory law or applicable purchase terms require otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation is different from a refund. Canceling a subscription does not automatically refund charges already paid.
Auroranexis reviews requests involving duplicate charges, incorrect charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorized transactions, or material technical failure that prevented access to the purchased service. A review does not guarantee a refund. Where Paddle processed the payment, any approved refund is issued through Paddle.
Contact support at support@auroranexis.com or legal at legal@auroranexis.com. For purchases processed by Paddle, buyers may also use Paddle buyer support and Paddle's available cancellation/refund options. Please provide account email, organization name, transaction reference where available, and a description of the issue. Never send full payment-card details.
Auroranexis may update this policy to reflect changes to the service, payment provider, or applicable requirements. The latest version is published on this page.
