• Limit broad exports to the minimum window needed for the review.
• Confirm retention settings with compliance owners for regulated clients.

An operations lead reconstructs who published a client report and which automation fired afterward before answering a customer question about timing.

Troubleshooting

• Missing events can mean the action type is not logged or retention trimmed older history.
• If filters return empty results, widen the date range or clear client constraints.
