A quarterly business review (QBR) is a structured meeting with a client to look back at the last quarter, agree what matters next and catch problems early. A good QBR is mostly about the client's goals, not a list of tasks you completed. Use the agenda below as a starting point and keep the same structure every quarter so trends are easy to compare.

A quarterly business review (QBR) is a meeting every three months between a service provider and a client to review results, service performance and risks, and to agree priorities for the next quarter.
The client's goals, results against those goals, service performance such as SLA results and incidents, risks and open issues, the plan for next quarter and a list of actions with owners.
Usually 45 to 60 minutes. If it regularly runs longer, move detail into an appendix or a separate working session.
